Under 200 calorie!!!!!!! Easy Peach cobbler

Easy Peach cobbler

Turn on oven to 400 degrees.
Then take:
2 diced peach Del Monte fruit cups =140 calories
1 tsp cornstarch = 10 calories
Cinnamon/ pumpkin pie spice/ nutmeg (your choice) to taste
Mix and Cook in small skillet ( I use this because I can cook in it an then move it right to the oven) until peach juice is clear and thicker.

In a separate bowl: MIX 1 Tbsp pancake mix (mine is 150 calories per 1/3 cup) so this = 30 calories
with water until it's thick, but pour-able (DON'T MAKE IT TOO THIN!!)

Pour the pancake mix over the peaches in the mini-skillet! Not cook on stove WITHOUT stirring for 2 minutes and put in oven for 5 minutes. Take out and cool until you can touch it without burning yourself. Top with whipped cream !!
Voilá!!
