Wanted: Food accountability friends!!!

Ok, after eating like 1,500 calories of No Bake Cookies over the weekend (besdies regular foods) I decided I need some food accountability friends!!
I don't know how it works...I was thinking of posting everything I ate during the day, exercise ect. as my post before bed so that anyone can see it and comment on it.
Currently I am trying to maintain. No foods are off limits. I do eat alot of healthy foods, like fruits, veggies, fish, turkey ect. but sometimes I have something and really overeat on it. Maybe how I eat is normal, in reason and just moderation. I don't usually eat that many cookies in a weekend though!
Anyone want to add me??

Heather, I've also struggled with accountability! Since I've joined MFP, I have done so much better. I like to log my meals all throughout the day. I also love looking at other people's food diaries to get an idea about some healthy options. If not already, I would suggest making your diary public to your friends - and also looking at theirs.
