Before & During Face pic after losing 53 lbs :)

I started this journey in January and I have now reached 53 lbs lost. I have done this with the help of myfitnesspal and exercise alone. I never thought I could do it and I still have a ways to go. I just recently realized the difference in my face and would like to see how others faces have changed as well 
If I can do it I know you can too so NEVER GIVE UP!

to get you pics to work, just change the IMG to small case letter img0
