How do you measure out 4 oz of pot roast?

Food scale! They are a must. You would be surprised at what an actual portion of something looks like.0

The recommended amount of protein to eat in a meal is the size of a deck of cards...not sure that helps???0

My very unscientific method involves reckoning that a cup of water weighs 8oz - and something like pot roast is, well, wet, so I go for about 1/2 cup. I'm not quite at the weighing food on a special scale stage myself, though of course that's more accurate.0
