Can you open your diary so people can help you?0

I am not sure how but I will add you as a friend so you can see. Thanks.0

Go to settings (upper right corner), then diary settings, then public.
Some people do plateau, but perhaps you are within your calories but too much sodium, not enough water, etc.0 -
To open it go to home/ settings/diary settings and down the bottom you can pick if you want it open to everyone or friends only etc..0

When you have hit a plateau and you're doing everything the same (eating same foods, exercising more or less the same)... it's time to CHANGE IT UP!! Either add or subtract 100 cals for a week... see what happens.
And on the exercise front - you have to change that as well. Either choose a new exercise, or do it for longer, or at a higher intensity.
I plateaued early on in my weight loss (I'm at about 54lbs in just under 5mos)... about week 4 - I didnt lose but was eating about 1000 cals and still doing my 2 mile a day walk. I was given this advice by my 'teacher/advisor' at Kaiser, and I added swimming in and made my walks FASTER. And guess what... 2.5 lbs the next week!! SHAKE IT UP!!!0 -

Exactly what this poster said.
If you continue to plateau, you need to change your intake or output or both. Usually in the direction of creating a deficit.0
