There goes lunch

So I took the wrong lunch and now I have no idea what to eat. It was 2 turkey slices, 2 rye bread, 2 slices of provolone cheese, and mayo. I ate like crap all weekend and now I dont know what to eat bc the downstairs Deli uses Burrito tortillas as wraps (recently found out). There is a salad bar but I am working out tonight and the salad bar doesnt have a good source of protein besides eggs and it wont keep me full. :angry:

    Can you eat turkey from a sandwich without the bread, and maybe buy an apple or a banana? Or eat turkey and then make a small healthy salad from the salad bar. I know just how you feel - you're motivated to stay on track and don't want to blow it on a meal that's not even special. Good luck, and don't stress too much. Have a great workout tonight.

    eat 1 slice of bread w/ 1/2 slice (or none!) of cheese and both of the turkey.

    Gooooooooooooooood idea... I tooked at it and the turkey is not touching the mayo.. Thanx. Salad bar it is!!
