Does this happen to you?

Does anybody else have days where you just can't get into your workout? I went to a Turbo class tonight, which I go to multiple times a week, but I just felt like I wasn't fully into it, no matter what. Don't get me wrong, I worked up a sweat, but I wasn't putting my all into it. What do you do when you're in that situation?

  • I try my best to just stick it out.. Usually the next day my workout is GREAT again, but sometimes, the "blah blah blah workouts" last for a week and a half at a time. Then, it gets realllly tough staying on track.

    Hits out of nowhere too! Some days I just can't get into it, no matter what workout I try.

    Push through it, and do the best I can. Once I start, I know I'm finishing, so if I can force myself to start, whether or not I'm fully into it, I know I'm at least going to finish it.

    LOL, laugh for a bit, shake your head and smile it off. You're into it so much, your body is pulling a little rebelling move :)
