C25k= headaches?

Why is it that the morning after c25k training I feel awful? I can deal with the soreness but the exhaustion and severe headaches I cannot! Wasn't able to do my morning workout because of my head today :sad:

Any suggestions? And yes, I properly hydrated all day yesterday and after my run.

    Every time I either go a few days without working out or do a far more intense workout, I wake up with a headache. It even sometimes wakes me during the night. I think it's because my heart rate gets quite high. I always have a hard time getting rid of those headaches.

    Edit: go a few days of no workouts then I get a headache the morning after I return to the gym.

    I never get headaches, but would get them after my run if I wasn't properly hydrated. I make sure I drink some water before and lots after my run and no longer get headahes. I also make sure I each peanut butter, or yogurt after my run to help repair my muscles.
