Vanilla or honey flavored Greek yogurt instead of the plain yogurt? Tends to be a little sweeter, not so tart. And maybe that would allow you to use less sugar? Just thinking....Sounds delicious, though! I LOVE pumpkin! (I had a Starbucks pumpkin scone for dinner the other night...shhh!) :-)0
