It's great to finally read about people who are going through the same things as you and it's new people whom you haven't met which is actually a breath of fresh air as those in my life already just do not get it. It's hard to make them understand so I'm looking for friends support motivation the whole lot really and I love helping others so feel free to add and share your tips too!

I log in every day and have been doing so for about a month and a half. I have been on and off for a while now, but finally am committed to making a lifestyle change! I would love friends who are committed to the same, and will offer tips and support as well. Feel free to add me, and we can help eachother along this fitness journey!

Feel free to add me too! I know what it's like to have people in your life that just don't seem to understand what you're going through. You do your best to explain it to them, but words just don't do it justice. Unless you've been down this road before, you can't understand fully what it is like. I think that's why MFP is so great - we all have faced the same battles and struggles, and can truly relate to people and mean it when we say "I know what you're feeling" or "I know what you're going through". And that is a tremendous help.

    :)
