I started July 18th, so almost 3 months with an hour of cardio MWF and an hour of circuit training Tues and Thurs. Saturdays are strength or cardio and Sundays rest. My abs are getting so strong. I can't wait to shed some more pounds and be able to really see them!0

Wow!!!!! Great job, you are looking fabulous. I've been trying to lose weight since July but really started cracking down recently. I just mapped out a workout schedule similar to yours (before I saw your post lol) so I really hope to lose some weight. My problem area is my tummy so I've got tons of work to do. Keep up the good work0
