When to weigh yourself

What is the best time of day to weigh yourself? When do you do it?

    i weigh my self on a friday morning around 8 am before breakfast

    I always weigh myself first thing in the morning. I tend to be a couple pounds lighter in the mornings than in the evening, so it makes me feel better :) But the main thing is to weigh yourself at the same time of day, every time.

    I weigh myself first thing in the morning and sometimes get obsessive and also weigh myself after working out. It seems like after working out produces the lowest weight, especially if I haven't eaten for a few hours.

    Right after you get up, before you have breakfast. I only weigh once a week on Saturday. That's to keep me from getting so tied up in numbers that might not mean a whole lot anyway.
  • first thing in the morning go potty then weigh yourself with just your underware. Once a week is enough. :smile:

    I weigh myself once a week. Every Monday morning. Right after I pee, right before I hop in the shower.

    I do it on Mondays becasue it mentally steers me away from having bad weekends.

    I know I shouldn't... but, I weigh almost every day. When I get on the Wii fit to do some yoga or step exercises. I'm trying to stop weighing except for Saturday's, though. Or Monday's.

    And usually in the morning. It's the most accurate.

    Monday morning - wake up - pee, strip naked, hop on scale :)

    I weigh Monday mornings when I wake up around 10-11am, right after I pee and strip to my undies lol

    It's cuz ur normally dehydrated after working out.
