find them in the frozen food case near the vegetarian, health food, Amy's, Boca Burgers, etc....stuff....0 -

a big plate of steamed veggies. 1 zucchini 1 yellow squash 1/2 cup broccoli bout 10 baby carrots stick it in the steamer and throw some seasoning on top and there you have it! it might be 113 calories or something like that and its REALLY filling:happy:0

apples are totally underrated
but perhaps not very filling!
and since peanut butter has about 100 calories or so (and maple butter is right up there and can barely slather an apple!) that doesn't work...
try mixing up plain 1/2 cu. plain oats (with water) 2 tsp of brown sugar and warmed up apples.
that's about 150 cal, but much better nutritonal value.
apple: 55 cal
2 tsp brown sugar: 22
1/2 cu. oats: 73.5
total: 150.5
You could drop it to 1/4 cup if you want to and pretend like you're having nice serving of apple crisp-y dessert!0 -

he is a good catch though sometimes i want to kill him
i'm 29 he's 44 so we have a big age difference he stole my heart at 18 and i've never looked back we were such a scandal back then now almost 11 years later people never notice0
