Haha, ok so I know this is too much information, but I was just wondering if anyone else out there has experienced this problem? For the last couple of months I'd been living pretty much solely on chocolate and cake (and chocolate cake!). Like, literally. So I've cut it all and switched to actual food, and now my stomach is not happy! Anyone else get a dodgy tummy from *not* eating junk?!

Yes, definitely. Any major change in diet can cause unhappiness for a while. Don't let it discourage you, your body will adapt, but it had gotten used to the bad food.0

Keep it up. You'll adjust. And you'll be a lot lighter! Ha!0

Pretty natural,it will settle down as long as you make sure everything is balanced, ie, make sure to get plenty of protein and some carbs as well as fruits and veggies if you have started eating a lot of fruit and veggies. I get constipated if I switch back to a more junk heavy diet these days.0

But would trotting cause leakage? I've never seen anything trot without pooping. I guess it Depends.0
