My health improvements.... starting today!

Starting today (right now) I will.....
-Keep running and hopefully begin 5mi/day (if my body feels up for it)
-Not drink excessively
-Quit smoking cigarettes

There I said it. Now I do it. Wish me luck.

What are your health goals? Maybe you'll remind me of some I should be working on as well.

    The biggest one you're doing there should be the top of your list, quit smoking! well done on making this your first day, you will feel much better for it.

    I quit 2 years ago now and its the best thing i ever did.

    They are actually in no specific order... just 3 things I am doing together! :)
