on some days i don't have time to eat breakfast, because i usually wake up late for school or don't have time to eat it.
and i go to the gym right after school and before work or on my classes brake.
is there anything i can eat instead of breakfast like a protein shake or a granola bar, something that won't be fattening if i eat it like twice a week. ?

Studies tend to show people who eat breakfast lose more weight. For me personally I'm hungry all day if I skip.
Breakfast doesn't have to be a big production. Make some oatmeal ahead of time, hard-boil some eggs, a protein bar can be good depending on what's in it (I try to stay away from overly sugary ones), yogurt, fruit, a handful of almonds, even a peanut butter sandwich is probably better than nothing.0 -

To clarify, studies showing the above do not control for energy intake. Given a controlled intake, there's nothing inherently fattening about skipping breakfast. For me personally I'm hungry all day if I skip.
^ But this is a damn good reason (for you or anyone else that has this issue) to not skip breakfast. For me, if I skip breakfast it's easier to not over-eat.on some days i don't have time to eat breakfast, because i usually wake up late for school or don't have time to eat it.

1) You can just skip breakfast if you feel fine doing so, and if you can hit your total intake targets for calories and macronutrients while skipping breakfast .
2) Regarding the underlined part above: Individual food items, on their own, are not solely responsible for fat gain. Fat gain occurs from chronic energy surplus.0 -

individual foods aren't fattening. calorie surpluses are.0 -
I love breakfast....for dinner.0

I eat old fashioned oatmeal with protein powder, olive oil (OR flaxeed oil, canola, safflower oil), and cinnamon. It's filling plus has carbs/protein/fat.0

Some fast things that aren't too bad:
- fruit and a boiled egg,
-Quakers Weight Control Oatmeal (takes 1 minute in the microwave),
-Jimmy Dean Breakfast D'Lites,
-steel cut oats that you make ahead of time (I like to add apples or pears for sweetness and flavor),
-Turkey Sausage (although it has a lot of sodium),
-Cereal (find one high in fiber and/or high in protein) you can eat it with milk or dry-I've packed it in a ziplock bag as a snack.
Really, there are lots of options. I used to do granola bars, but they are really high in sugar (same with most yogurt). Protein bars can be good, but look at the nutrition info on them before buying.
Also note that some of the suggestions above are packaged and you may want to stay away from pre-packaged food, but sometimes it's the lesser of two evils.0 -
