Hi- I'm new to this site but have been signed up to other weight tracking sites. They were complicated and time consuming. I was feeling anxious every time I signed in. I needed something simple and to the point. A simple eat less, exercise more then weigh less program. I believe this one will work for me. At the end of the day I know what I did and what I want to improve. The food database is great. I live in Winston Salem, NC and look forward to meeting others from there and around the country. :happy:

Thank you for the welcome. This is a simple and non-threatening place. Some sites have made me feel like I lost before I began. I'm still working on doing what I need to reach my goal but now I'm not beating myself up because I can't follow a program not designed for my needs. For me the simplier the better. :happy:0
