I roast them till they're nearly burnt and caramelised then put them in a salad. Sweet potato is yummmmmmy so I don't bother fluffing around with them.

I stick 'em in a frittata after slicing them up and microwaving for a few minutes to soften ... mix up some eggs and heavy cream pour over various veggies (and sweet potatoes), cover the lot in cheese, lob in oven until golden.

It keeps for a couple of days too and is just as nice cold.

    Dear god, that sounds heavenly.

Bake them whole in their skins, scoop out the lovely orange flesh, mix with some cooked bacon and onions and a little butter and then back in the skins and top with a little cheese.

Wedges in the oven, little olive oil and maybe some jerk seasoning.

Thin fries and cook in the oven with carrot fries, olive oil and salt, pepper to season.

I roast mine with olive oil and rosemary. I'm a savory person, so I have to make these are savory as I can, since they are on the sweeter side. Can't stand making them more sweet.

Baked, no toppings. They're sweet enough as-is!
