Hi everyone
I am new here and in Australia.
I was wondering if anyone could recommend a good protein powder to use which tastes good and is not too expensive.

Hi there,

I've only just started (so I'm no expert!) but I've found Nature's Way Natural Protein Powder great. It comes in vanilla, chocolate or no flavor at all. It's cheap ($20 but cheaper at Chemist's Warehouse), available at the supermarket and delicious. It is higher in protein and lower in fat than those weightloss shakes.

gold standard whey is pretty good. the whey protein isolates are the ones you should get because they are pure protein

my favorite protein is by optimum nutrition. I find it mixes the easiest and taste great even if you only use water. Plus they have tons of variety! if you go to GNC or any other retail store your gonna pay a lot. go to this website www.supplementwarehouse.com you can get a 5 pound container of it for $50. Hope this helps!
