Do anyone know of a quality energy vitamin that isn't loaded with caffinee or will give me the shakes? I am finding that I need a little something extra than my daily vitamin? I would prefer something natural if possible.

Yes, B-complex... I drink an energy drink with B's in it daily but I'm also looking for that caffiene ... of course B12-dots if you are looking for a quick giddy-up without the shakes.
