Happy Birthday! My birthday was Friday and I also decided that this is the year to get fit. I picked up a fitbit ultra, which tracks daily fitness as well as tracks my sleep, it is supposed to link to myfitnesspal somehow, too. It adjust your calories for the day, all day long, as you do or don't excercise so you can stay on track with your goal. Good luck on your goal and have a great birthday.
