HRM Problems

I have a Polar ft4 HRM that I can't seem to change the settings on. I spent a ton of time with the manual and I couldn't get my weight to update. My boyfriend tried to fix it also and couldn't get the settings to change.

I'm wondering if the thing is broken and what to do about it. I wonder if I should call customer service and ask them for help or to get in touch with Amazon and ask for a refund.

Also my date is not changing according to the instructions.

Has anyone had this problem?

    Call Polar customer service first.

    Few ideas that you could try:

    * call Polar customer service.

    * You can also google 'how to update my weight on my polar ft4 HRM" that is how I figured out how to use my polar HRM.The little manual they give you isn't any help at all.

    * have you looked into the Polar web site? I think they have a common questions asked page that might help you out

    I called customer service and they were excellent in helping me fix my current rate currectly. I may have to call them the next time I lose weight. They also helped me correct my zone. It's not that hard but it is complicated.
