what am i doing wrong???

I am 4'11 and currently 162 I have recently joined the gym I have been going for the last 4 weeks 5 days a week ( sometimes i do cardio by my self with some weights 45min or I take a class ie zumba, strength training or cardio kickbox) I am 24 years old. I have not lost any weight i try my hardest to eat 1200 cal and i try not to eat my excercise cals. I dont eat very healthy but i do eat in moderation. Please help me

eat your exercise calories, you need them. eat protien. have rest days.0

How are your clothes fitting? That's more important than what the scale says.0

my diet consist of bf - granola bar or bagel thins with a slice of cheese or weekends i eat an egg sandwich and coffee - 300 cals
lunch - pita with chicken, boca burger sandwich or pasta/noodles and some yogurt or granola bar - 400-600 cal
gym (1 hour)
dinner ( something small) a sandwich or a pita or a granola bar/nuts or an apple
I love diet coke and cant seem to stop
dont drink much water
my clothers are still the same but i feel better!0 -
So you are only having 3 meals? There needs to be some snacks in between. Like Grapefruit0
