I work night security at a hospital and I can say the biggest challenge is having a backwards schedule. My dinner becomes breakfast and my breakfast dinner. and 2 meals at work is difficult.0

14 years of night shifts. Too tired to workout (not a good sleeper), which lead to weight gain, which lead to tiredness, etc.0

As a nurse I'm always putting others before myself. I wish I could give myself the same care as I give to my patients. By the end of the day I am usually too tired to get motivated to exercise and during shift I rarely stop for a meal. If the day is a stressful one I find myself stress eating on tasteless high calorie junk.0
