what am i doing wrong???

I am 4'11 and currently 162 I have recently joined the gym I have been going for the last 4 weeks 5 days a week ( sometimes i do cardio by my self with some weights 45min or I take a class ie zumba, strength training or cardio kickbox) I am 24 years old. I have not lost any weight i try my hardest to eat 1200 cal and i try not to eat my excercise cals. I dont eat very healthy but i do eat in moderation. Please help me :(

    eat your exercise calories, you need them. eat protien. have rest days.

    Drink more water it helps to burn fat

    my diet consist of bf - granola bar or bagel thins with a slice of cheese or weekends i eat an egg sandwich and coffee - 300 cals

    lunch - pita with chicken, boca burger sandwich or pasta/noodles and some yogurt or granola bar - 400-600 cal

    gym (1 hour)

    dinner ( something small) a sandwich or a pita or a granola bar/nuts or an apple

    I love diet coke and cant seem to stop

    dont drink much water

    my clothers are still the same but i feel better!
  • So you are only having 3 meals? There needs to be some snacks in between. Like Grapefruit
