New to site!

Hi, I am new to this Site, but I love it! I have many Health issures and weight loss for me is hard. I am on coumadin, and I am limited on the amount of fruits and green vegetables I can eat, So it is very hard to consume the amount of calories I need!

  • there are other foods besides fruits and veggies that are good for you in fact you can still eat snack foods just don't eat a lot of them maybe one per day.
