8 months of hard work, down 45lbs, before/after

Been doing this since February/March and have stuck with it this whole time. I am down 45 lbs between pictures. The first picture is about 1 month after I had my daughter. The 2nd picture is from today. I have lost 55 lbs total if you count when I was pregnant, but 45 lbs I had to work at.

    Sorry for delayed response. MFP and exercising really jump started my weight loss. I started with 30 day shred and then moved onto insanity. I also swam in the summer and jog outside. I try and workout 5-6 days a week (even if that means just a short 1 mile walk it's better then nothing). I also do Zumba 1x a week with a friend. I make a lot of my own meals which I know has been helpful. Eat clean and train mean :D
