Whats up everyone....I need advice, I have a sprained wrist and its harder for me to lift weights with it or weight train period for the matter, I know I should increase cardio and give my wrist sometime to heal, but I dont want to get weaker during the healing process, is there anything I can still do to strength build????

In the time it takes a sprain to heal you really should not loose much strength. My experiance with minor injuries is that its best to let them heal and avoid turning them into nagging injuries. You can always focus on your legs and avoid upper body workouts that require the use of the wrist. Plus a week of hard cardio never hurt anyone.0

Maybe you can ask your doc for some physical therapy exercises to help strengthen the wrist while it heals. I sprained an ankle one and I needed 4 months of physical therapy. Sometimes they take a while to heal, as mine did. Don't do anything too strenuous ... you'll only hurt yourself more and it will take longer to get back to normal!0
