Before I started trying to lose weight, I'd eat anywhere between 2000-4000 calories no problem..
but, I've been exercising pretty hardcore lately, (I didn't at all before)
and I've cut back my calorie intake A LOT and trying to eat healthier...
but today, I'll only reach 1,000 calories, and a burned around 800 at the gym...
I know that's not enough eating. :(
Any advice on healthy, high calorie food
or how to get more food in on a busy schedule without eating mcdonalds?

Anything nuts - peanut, cashew, or almond butter or the nuts themselves. Avocados (and guacamole, yum), dried fruit, granola, quinoa salad with soy beans, kale, dried fruit, nuts and salad dressing (make it up in advance).

Nut butters, dairy with fat in it (not skim), nuts, avocados, healthy fats (like olive oil).

Peanut butter, avocado (guac), whole eggs (protein), grab a salad with grilled chicken at a drive thru with your choice of dressing (McDonald's Southwest chicken salad is to die for, so is the Southwest dressing it comes with).
