Trying to make things happen.

Well today i am came home from work and finally decided that i need to get it together. I really want to shed some weight and i have said this over and over again. But this time i mean it and really want to get this going. Hopefully MFP will help me with some motivation and ill be able to reach my goal. I am currently 19 years old, 5'10, 195lbs. I am aiming for 175lbs.... its alot of weight but i am going to try my best.

    Kidding, but, welcome! Its nice to see someone my age on here! You don't have far to go. Put your mind to it, and within two or three months time, you'll be toned. If you'd like some help, just know I'm a message away!

    You can do this. It's a great goal. Do some reading on nutrition and use the food tracker as a way to learn about the nutrient and calorie value of different foods. You must be an amazing person doing school and working and wanting a healthier life. Applause!!!
