Hey I'm Christal from Ottawa, Canada. I'm new to this site and desperately seeking support to get this journey started! I'm a mother of a 4 yr old and want to get healthy and be a role model for my daughter.

    My name is Karen, I don't have any kids, just cursed with the the short fat gene. So I have to work at keeping it under control so I don't balloon up to 200 pounds, yikes! I am on day number 3 in a row of walking for 30 + mins and I unfortunately am exhausted from it! But I have to keep telling myself to keep going....
