Hi everyone,

I registered on MFP last night just out of a sense of curiosity. I plugged in what I ate yesterday and almost fell off my chair in shock. :noway:

So, after recovering from that nasty surprise (no I'm NOT going to tell you what it said) I decided that I'd had enough of deluding myself and I am now ready to get a grip on my 'wild and uncontrolled' eating habits.

I'm in Sydney, Australia so we're just heading into summer now.

I have a long weight-loss journey ahead of me, anyone wanting to join me along the way is most welcome.
