    Hi, just new on here, was recommended by a friend. I'm a 44 year old mum of 2 gorgeous children. I have type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure and very obese. So if I want to see my kids grow up and have kids of their own I have GOT to loose this weight! So I cant wait to start on this journey and read other peoples inspiring success stories. So any hints and tips would be great to hear.
