Hello!
I am a 29 year old Mom of 2 who works 50+ hours per week. I am looking for some best practices as to how to manage work, running kids to activities, making dinner, cleaning, laundry, and still finding the time to workout. I also wouldn't mind meeting a few new friends who will help hold me accountable and challenge me to beat my goals. Thanks for any advice.

Hi Gina, well not a mom.
. I think what you might need to do is to start small. Is there one day a week you can carve out 20-30 minutes for yourself? Maybe get that worked in and after a while look for another chunk. And be creative. I remember taking my kids to their game once and I ran laps around the field.

I like that idea. I go to lots of games!! I am getting my kids involved and having them help by holding me accountable. Thanks for the feedback!!0
