Everyone has a different appetite. I think you might have a fast metabolism though so thats good! find healthy low cal foods you like to snack on and keep your mouth busy. Almonds, apple, cucumber, whatever you like. Protein/fiber bars also help keep me full. I started to feel less hungry slowly but surely. By now I'd be over 600 calories in with my bagel and extra cream mocha coffee, but this morning I had tea and a fiber bar and almonds. not even 300 calories in yet, and I'm just as satisfied as if I had the bagel.

Just find what you like thats also good for you.

I had a quick peek at your food diary - you're hungry because you're not eating very much. You seem to be running around 1100 to 1200 cal per day when you could be netting (assuming your exercise calories are accurate) closer to 1800 and the only macro you seem to hit is protein (and MFP is low at 15%)

I have been having the same problem! I've been counting calories for 3 months consuming 1300 calories a day (eating every 2 hours) with no exercise (office job). This week I started C25K which consists of running for 90 seconds, then walking for 60 seconds, for a total of about 35 minutes. According to this site, I'm burning about 220 calories doing this. I eat those extra calories in the form of peanut butter toast, but I find myself getting hungry between my meals! I wasn't hungry before in the entire 3 months :( It's a bit discouraging. I wonder if maybe my body is so out of shape that the small exercise is actually burning more than 220? I guess I'll only know when I weigh in next week.

Urgh, sorry to rant, but I feel your pain!

    This. Eat more.

Your net caloric intake (after exercise) is closer to 600-800 calories per day. That's very very low. Eventually, you're going to burn out or stall out doing this. Be patient. Lose your weight slower. Do it right once, and live forever as a fit healthy person.
