Smoothies. A banana, a few strawberries, and a yoghurt. Into the blender, done. Yum.

Well, you can certainly live without fruit, though it is generally higher in fiber and certain vitamins than vegetables. Do you really not like ANY fruit? How is that possible? There is such a huge variety of tastes and textures ...

Anyway, I get most of my fruit in a smoothie:

    1 cup blueberries
    1/2 cup raspberries
    1/2 cup blackberries
    1 banana
If you want to sweeten it a bit, I use a chocolate peanut butter, but honey, sugar, plain PB or a sugar sub will work
    Top with light whipped cream

Why do you feel bad for not eating fruit? It's non essential. Has a lot of sugar, spikes your blood glucose.

Dont eat it, you will be fine

Fruit has good vitamins and minerals; well worth including in your diet. Try different types (buy them one at a time). Surely you don't hate every single fruit available?

I went totally off sugar and artificial sweeteners and this made that bowl of fruit look really good!

Don't worry about the fruit....Just stick with fresh veggies!!! The tend to be lower in sugar and just as high if not more in nutrients!

Agree with trying many different kinds, I've never been a regular fruit person, the apple, banana, orange crowd but I love berries, melons, mangos, peaches and more, I've found that the quality matters too, something in season picked ripe will taste better as well as mixing them together, fruit salad is a great way to get all the flavours together and not just one individual.

I have always like fruit, but since I eliminated all the sugar and fake sweeteners in my diet, I find it even more tasty.
Surely you don't have all fruit, there are so many different kinds I would think you could find some that you like. It does have a lot of sugar, but it's natural sugar, and there are a ton of vitamins and anitoxidants in it as well.

I'm not a fruit person either, so I usually add it to a protein shake or to my cereal. It helps a ton! My kids LOVE fruit so sometimes I'll share a peach, plum, pear or apple with them, but I usually get my servings with the shake or cereal.
