Can anyone recommend good websites/videos to get started with lifting more than 10lb hand weights?

Strongwoman. She's an awesome example of a girl who lifts big and shows it will not make you look butch..... just hot. And she started her blog like a week ago. I like her.

Have you read NROL4W? I'm reading it now. I don't know if you're looking for a program, or just examples on form. I know you can find a lot on youtube. (people demonstrating the moves.)

I haven't! But I'm probably going to get it next payday. In the meantime, I was hoping to up my weight training at the gym but I just don't even know what to do, how to increase weights, etc etc.

The general consensus seems to be if you can do over like 10 reps easily you need to increase your weight. If you can't do three, decrease. It's another one of those things where you have to play with it to figure out what works for you.

You should do a properly written beginner routine that will answer such questions for you
