Hey Newbie Here :)

Hey guys, my name is Kimberly. I downloaded this app a while ago but just started seriously using it to keep track of myself . I used to be a dancer but injury led me to have to quit for a while. I'm new to working out because I've always danced and that seemed to keep me in shape no matter what I was eating. I love food so much, great tasting food just makes me happy. I'm a tall asian at 5'10" and currently at 180. I don't have a typical asian petite build, I'm an athletic build with wide shoulders and hips. Trying to get down to about 150 if possible :) Feel free to add me as I need some motivation/help

  • Welcome. This program works if you include exercise with calorie control. I lost 9 pounds in September and am almost to my maintenance goal! You can do it too.
