I am totally in!! I have 32 oz in already today. I have a 32 oz bottle that I keep with me all the time. My goal everyday is to have to fill it up 4 times (4 x 32 = 128 oz (1 gallon). Yes, i pee, a lot!!
I NEVER use to be a water drinker. Always tea or diet sodas. But i love it now.
Water is sooo good for your body. Yes, there is a thing called "water intoxication', which is bad, but that only happens if someone tries to drink like a gallon in 10 minutes or something stupid like that.0 -
I've had my coffee and one full 16.9 bottle of water and on my second one and I've pee'd 3 or four times already. Oh don't forgot my 12.5 mg water pill I have to take every morning also. I'm struggling to get in 8 cups...I'll cheer from the sidelines while I take my baby steps and between bathroom breaks! :drinker:0

I'm in! I usually drink at least a gallon (sometimes more) a day. All the getting up to pee is just a bonus - burn a couple extra calories walking to the bathroom and back all day at the office! :drinker:0

Everyone knows we need water to keep us living but did you know that WATER also helps with weight lose? If you drink enough water you will not over eat because there will be no room in your body for extra waste. I drink a gallon of water a day and sometimes more. I never over eat and always feel satisfied!
Let's all aim for 64 oz of water today! Who is with me?
Yup, I do. Not all days, but most. Especially if I have a slip up and have lots of sodium, then the next day I drink water like nobody's business, to help flush the sodium/water weight out.0 -
