I went to Starbucks this morning with my sister to get a Pumpkin Spice Latte. I ordered it nonfat with no whipped cream to save on the calories, but I think the barista added the whipped cream. Now that's 70 calories I lost for the day. I would've complained, but I didn't realize it until after I left the store. :grumble:

But it tasted yummy, right? It's just 70 cals. Do jumping jacks. Take a walk. I love pumpkin lattes. Even worse, I love pumpkin pie. I'll probably eat a whole pie with Cool Whip by myself this month. I know. ..it's a weakness.

I would not stress over it. It is just 70 calories, and a not a huge deal in the grand scheme of things. Next time you will know to look more closely.

Did you know one pump of the syrup only adds 33 calories? I just got a regular nonfat iced coffee and had them add one pump of pumpkin spice syrup and it was delicious!! Couldn't even tell the difference from a regular latte.

One of the hardest things I gave up in order to get back in shape were the tasty flavored coffees...I still mess with the Coolwhip but I burn the calories as i'm using it, wink !

Threaten to sue the doors off the place and make a big scene about it when you go back. People love that.

I love pumpkin pie, too. I made some the other night without the crust and it's so yummy. I'm sure I've eaten more than my fair share.

Funny! I don't like making a seen...I get embarrassed easily, but that would be hilarious.

I'll try this. Normally I get the Skinny Lattes, but I love the seasonal drinks.
