Hey Guys!!!! It's day 17!!! What do you like about yourself/life today!!!
Here's a recap of what I am doing!!!

This is a great idea!!! Focus on the positives. I love my hair because it's curly, dark and shiny :happy:0

I love that I realize I can eat pizza and chocolate and still lose weight. I realize this isn't a diet I'm on. If you're on now you can go off. This is a lifestyle. Is it realistic to not eat pizza or carbs or chocolate ever again? No. You call me and let me know how that diet turned out in 3 years when you go "off" it. I'll still be eating pizza and being hot.0
