When the end of your ponytail has sweat beads dripping off...the first time this happened I thought there was a water leak in the ceiling and then realized it was coming from my ponytail!!!:ohwell:0

When you can't push the bathroom door open at work because your arms hurt too much but then you can't use your legs because they are sore and to push with your butt even hurts because that's sore.

you fall down the stairs because your legs can't hold you! Did that in college once after a particularly grueling workout. Now (10+years later!), I answer that by how much it hurts getting into and out of bed! The morning after a good one is battle between shaky thighs and the need to go to the restroom!0

These are ALL great and I have experienced all of them at one time or another and multiple times!! But you know what? I LOVE that feeling because I know its progress!0
