Hi
I've been trying to loose 25 pounds since my dd was born (3 yrs ago)
After finding this site and using the tools (food journal was HUGE)...the weight finally came off..
This support has been a HUGE support for me....
GOOD LUCK TO EVERYONE!
You can do it...try try try to be patient...if u eat right, work out..the weight will come off

To answer a few questions...
YES, I still plan to use a food journal
We've been having some computer issues...so to make a long story short....if I can't log everything in on line...I've been writing it down in a journal...
It still helps to glance at how many cals I've eaten and how many I have left for the day when deciding what to eat etc
It's also helped me from over-eating/binging...
I don't know why I was able to succeed this time?
I think the food journal was a huge factor...I also think coming to this site and getting some great food recs has been a huge help
I also have a wicked sweet tooth and for the first time, I didn't give up all sweets/chocolate all together.....I still have my sweets but make better choices and try to limit the amount

That is awesome, I am very very excited for you and can't wait until I reach my goal. Let us know how the maintaining goes. That's the most difficult part for me. Any advice would be great.

just woundering do you have one set out for this or did you make one up yourself or just a note book i have tried a note book but it gets messy and i throw it out id love a food journal that is set up for what i need to write down with colums for calories used excercise added and whats left etc and what food it was i ate etc ill have to hunt around over here for something0 -
