I'm looking for a relatively quick and easy chickpea burger recipe. Any good ones out there??

    Hey, Check this one out. I love it, and never need the greek topping. I also sub in about a half a cup of shredded red cabbage, it adds a fun crunch and a pretty color contrast.

    If that doesn't bring it up for you, just type in the recipe bar: chick pea croquettes, and you'll find the recipe.
    These are great, filling, and awesome wrapped in lettuce or steamed cabbage in place of a bun.

    Also a pinch of cayenne adds a nice amount of heat.
