Ingredients:

4-6 oz. Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Breeze, depending on how thick you want your shake
1 Scoop Vanilla Whey Protein Powder (Jay Robb is a great brand)
1/4 of 1 Soft Avocado
Handful of Spinach
1/2 Frozen Banana for sweetness and added texture
OR
Truvia/Stevia
Splash of Simply Organics Peppermint Flavoring
3 Ice Cubes

Instructions:

Blend ingredients together until smooth. Enjoy :)
