Been using the app for over a month, finding it great but the weightloss is very slow going ! Would like any opinions on if I am doing the right thing-I'm trying to stay areound 1200cals per day(average about 1300 most weeks), this is less than my BMR though so I was wondering if that is why it is so slow?
