Hello I really am very new to the dieting world. I've never dieted a day in my life, but now I feel like it's time to start taking better care of my body. I am 25 & have two children(7 & 5) that oddly didn't have any effect on my weight. I've really began to struggle in the past year. I have no clue where to even get started so my plan is to start running daily & keeping the diary of what I eat & pretty much see how it goes from there. If anyone has any advice I would grewatly appreciate it. Thanks!

Hey there, it sounds like you have some good motivation and will power. Keep it consistent. Life changes for the better always take time. It's okay to go slow, have an off day and so on. You can do it!
  • Get the book Paul McKenna I can make you thin, that is how I started my diet and it works great along with using this tool..
  • I that having someone to diet with makes a little more comfortable. You will have a friend keep that motivation with you.
