Hi there, newbie here and just thought I'd introduce myself a bit. I'm Steph, 25 and from the West Midlands. I've just started my weight loss journey, I know it will probably be a long one but I'm really hoping I can stick at it. I feel good about it and I'm very motivated.
I've only quickly looked over this forum and a few posts/threads but it seems like a really friendly and supportive place.
