Sorry if this has been asked numerous times before but i always have a bad habit of not using forum search buttons :P

How often do you lot weight yourselves, daily, weekly etc??

  • In the mornings... maybe daily, or every couple o' days. Really, a scale is designed to make you feel bad. But I'm just starting. I think it's actually best to weigh weekly, maybe every Saturday or Sunday morning, 'cuz weight fluctuates if you've eaten more or less last night or you haven't had a crap in sometime.

    I weigh myself once a week on a Monday morning. Many people who weigh themselves on a more regular basis get very disheartened because of the natural fluctuations.

    I usually weigh myself whenever I go to the gym. But I'm thinking about doing it less often because the daily up and down flucuations can sometimes be discouraging.
  • Only when I visit my dietician every couple of weeks....

    Weekly. Ive made a commitment not to be a slave to the scale. I found my mood bouncing too much based on what the little number said in the mornings.

    I weigh myself every morning so I can keep track of what my body likes and doesn't like. Seems to be working alright so far :) lol x

    I record it weekly on a Monday morning (after the loo) but I may treat myself to a sneeky weigh in (not recorded) on a friday just to make sure I'm on track :wink:
