Anyone taking Bontril or Adipex?

    Nope. Have heard of them being pretty effective tho.
    But weight bounces back real quick.
    Plus there are so many side effects like increased heartbeat and insomnia etc
    so it's not recommended to consume more than 3 mths to be safe.

    I live in Asia tho, so popular appetite suppressants are like Duromine and Panbesy which are known to be highly effective.
